Founder | Chief Executive Officer | Forensic Evaluator
Dr. Rebekah Khan is a licensed professional clinical counselor, board-certified forensic mental health evaluator, and founder of 505 Diagnostics. She holds a PhD in Forensic Psychology and brings over 18 years of experience in mental health, neuropsychology, and trauma-informed care. Dr. Khan specializes in comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for individuals with autism, ADHD, PTSD, learning differences, and post-concussion symptoms.
Her work integrates psychometric testing, EEG/ERP brainwave analysis, and culturally responsive practices to deliver clear, actionable assessments in both clinical and forensic contexts. Known for her ability to translate complex neuroscience into human-centered understanding, Dr. Khan is deeply committed to providing diagnostic clarity while honoring each individual's lived experience. At 505 Diagnostics, she leads a team dedicated to evidence-based insight, clinical neutrality, and empowering people through knowledge of how their brains work.

Kianaat Karim is an accomplished financial strategist and operational leader with over 8 years of experience in finance, analytics, and business development. As Co- founder and financial director, she oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making processes that support the company’s growth and long-term sustainability.
Kianaat’s career began early, working with financial models and operational systems as a teenager. Since then, she has launched and supported multiple start-up ventures, managed startup operations, and consulted across diverse industries. Her expertise lies in transforming complex data into actionable insights and building scalable systems that align with business goals.
Known for her sharp analytical mind, cross-functional leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit, Kianaat brings both vision and precision to the executive team. She plays a vital role in aligning financial health with mission-driven impact.
Dr. Kenneth Gilman, PhD
Clinical Director | Licensed Psychologist | Supervision
Dr. Kenneth Gilman brings over four decades of clinical, academic, and consulting experience to his role as Clinical Director at 505 Diagnostics. A licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University, Dr. Gilman has served as a clinician, supervisor, educator, and consultant across a wide range of settings including hospitals, state agencies, mental health centers, schools, and international organizations. His expertise spans psycho-diagnostic evaluation, group psychotherapy, public safety psychology, and collaborative practice in family law.
At 505 Diagnostics, Dr. Gilman oversees clinical quality and provides supervision for forensic and neuropsychological assessments. His longstanding commitment to ethical practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and dignified care informs every aspect of the diagnostic process. His warmth, wisdom, and clinical precision make him a valued mentor and a guiding force in the field of psychological assessment.

Isabella is the friendly face (and voice) behind our front desk, keeping the office running smoothly and our team supported with her exceptional organizational skills and warm customer service. With a strong background in client relations, Bella brings a calm, can-do attitude to every call, calendar, and chaos we throw her way.
When she’s not expertly juggling schedules or making sure nothing falls through the cracks, Bella can be found baking something delicious, much to the delight (and sugar levels) of the entire staff. Her "homemade" chocolates have been unofficially voted better than therapy.
Known for her patience, attention to detail, and ability to make anyone feel at ease, Bella is a crucial part of what makes our office feel like home.

When he’s not on duty, Riddler takes his role as office mascot very seriously. Responsibilities include greeting clients with a wag, supervising lunch breaks, and silently judging your choice of footwear. He's known for his expressive eyebrows, impressive patience, and signature head tilt that makes everyone spill their secrets.

He has a brother named Slade (yes, it’s a superhero thing, we’re not saying Riddler’s the villain, but he does steal hearts).
He holds an unofficial title as Director of Distractions.
He's hypoallergenic, because your comfort matters almost as much as his.
